Our member Inkoh AG has gained three new investors: Holcim (Switzerland) AG, Axpo Biomasse AG, and Terre-Suisse AG. As part of the transaction which was completed on August 13, 2026, the three companies acquired a combined 60% stake in Inkoh AG. Zindel United remains the largest single shareholder with a 40% stake.
